    How Melbourne Renovation Company SkyRockets Growth In 3 Short Years | Episode 7 Hotsauce Marketing Challenge

    Welcome to another captivating episode of the Hotsauce Marketing Challenge! This time, we sit down with Blair, the proud owner of Hudson Building Co, a Melbourne Renovation Company which has grown exponentially and is dominating the industry in just three short years.

    Blair, like most builders starting their own business, relied heavily on word of mouth and referrals from his network of builders to secure projects. Unhappy with the consistency of work coming through and the stress that came with it, Blair took it upon himself to find new ways to win work.

    Leveraging the power of social media and the web, Blair was able to expose his business to new customers who were interested in his services.

    With his pipeline slowly filling and more projects booked into his calendar, Blair then dedicated his time to streamlining other parts of his business. He utilised software and apps to help with bookkeeping, job scheduling and tracking, team management, and quoting.

    Pleased with how things were running, Blair looked at how he’d be able to take his business to the next level. Blair appointed Marketing Lab to help automate the lead generation side of his business, so he could focus on prospecting customers and securing new projects.

    In this first three months, we helped Blair was able to secure 112 high-quality leads through a range of different marketing campaigns running on Facebook and Instagram. Blair now has the
    security of knowing he has ongoing work, the ability to pick and choose the projects he wants and in the areas he’s happy to travel to.

    Fast forward three short years, Blair has now grown his business into a successful renovation company, where he manages a team of 5. Blair has since moved away from being full-time on the tools, and has stepped into more of a mangers role.
